Shipping policy

 

We’re delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. At Eden Parfum, we take care to ensure your fragrance reaches you safely, promptly, and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracking included.

• Standard Shipping: $9 flat rate
  Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days depending on location
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
  Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days (metro areas)

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. We deliver to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers across Australia.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@edenparfum.com.au and we will follow it up with Australia Post. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
