At Eden Parfum, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality natural fragrances. Each perfume is created with intention and precision, and we hope you love your experience with us.
Because scent is a deeply personal and subjective experience, we do not offer returns or refunds based on change of mind or personal preference. We encourage you to explore our Discovery Kit before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged.
To request a return, please email us at hello@edenparfum.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage.
We will assess your request and, if approved, offer a refund or replacement, as per your preference.
Return Shipping
If your item is approved for return due to fault or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We’ll provide you with instructions for the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Products returned due to personal dislike of the scent
- Sample vials or Discovery Kits
- Items returned without prior contact or approval
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a faulty item, please follow the steps above to request a refund or replacement.
